INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOU
When you use our App to capture haircut or color record either as a hairstylist/barber or as a customer, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number, and email address, access to your files, camera etc.
When you use our App, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
In order to better provide you with our services, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our App.
Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that let us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this App, such as registering for a user account, capture haircut or color records, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. This information may include your personal identifying information. In addition, when you create an account, you will be asked to provide Personally Identifiable Information, including your name and email address.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon your use of the App. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the App’s Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
HOW WE COLLECT INFROMATION FROM YOU
We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you:
· register for a user account either as a customer or hairstylist/barber;

· advertise your products;
· Leave feedback and/or comments;
· sign up for special offers from us or selected third parties;
· subscribe to our mailing list;
· complete one of our customer surveys;
HOW WE USE INFORMATION COLLECTED
We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to

· to enhance the operation of our App;
· improve our product and service offerings;
· customize our App’s content, layout, and services;
· to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices;
· to troubleshoot problems;
· enforce our agreements with you;

· customize your preference;
· provide customer service and support;
· prevent and detect fraud;
· provide product and content recommendations;

When you provide us with personal information to complete registration as a user, verify your credit card (for subscription as a barber/hairstylist), capture haircut or color records, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
HOW TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by clicking the cancel button at the bottom of your profile.

Without limiting the above, occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Our lawful basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
However, we will normally collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect vital interests.
If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information).
Similarly, if we collect and use your personal information in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.
If you have questions about or need further information concerning the lawful basis on which we collect and use your personal information, please contact us.
When you sign up to receive our newsletters, we collect personal information about you. This information is used for a couple of reasons: to keep you in the loop on the things you’ve asked us to tell you about, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied! We do not, and will never, sell or trade mailing lists with other organizations and businesses for marketing purposes.

Hairbrainapp may discipline or terminate individuals who maliciously acquire information, without being entitled to its access.
Once member information is no longer needed, Hairbrainapp will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify the information as long as Hairbrainapp is not required by applicable laws and regulations.
